A live service-business platform that connects a local repair website and SEO architecture to repair intake, customer and equipment records, work-order workflows, invoicing, payments, QuickBooks Online integration architecture, and administrative operations tools.
Swedlund's Lawn & Power Sports is a live Belle Plaine, Minnesota service business website and operations platform. Bionic Core built the public repair website and local SEO architecture alongside the connected records and workflows needed after a customer starts a repair conversation.
The system includes geographic service targeting, repair lead funnels, customer records, equipment records, repair and work-order workflows, invoices, payments, customer communications, completed repair and project publishing, map-based project content, social and video integration, and an administrative dashboard. It also includes a production QuickBooks Online integration architecture designed to keep accounting activity connected to the service workflow.
This case study demonstrates that Bionic Core can build the customer-facing website plus the CRM, workflow, accounting, content, and operational layers behind it. The project is a live example of a website operating as part of a real business system instead of an isolated brochure.
